Complete the sweepstakes entry form, and submit. All entries via this method must be submitted by 12:01 AM EST June 1st, 2019 to be eligible.

General Entry Conditions: You may enter one time via the form on the Kilburn Event Center Giveaway Landing Page. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means and entries made by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER SELECTION:

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about June 1st 2019 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

RUNNER UP PRIZES:

Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about June 1st 2019 from all eligible entries received excluding the grand prize winner’s entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email.

• Kilburn Event Center will provide a venue completely free of charge for a 2019 wedding held after June 1st 2019. Date based on availability.

Winner is solely responsible for any wedding expenses other than those that would normally be paid to Kilburn Event Center. Should the event be cancelled for any reason Kilburn Event Center will not award the winner any funds, but *the event may be rescheduled within a reasonable amount of time. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
*Kilburn Event Center will determine what a reasonable amount of time will be.

• First runner up will be provided 50% off the venue for a 2019 wedding held after June 1st 2019. Date based on availability.

Winner is solely responsible for any wedding expenses other than those that would normally be paid to Kilburn Event Center. Should the event be cancelled for any reason Kilburn Event Center will not award the winner any funds, but *the event may be rescheduled within a reasonable amount of time.
